They made getting taxis or motorbikes easy and convenient. The pool and beach are really nice. We liked our room. The staff was nice at the front desk and the massages at the spa were great.p

The breakfast wasn't good and there aren't any options close by. The beds are hard.

It was such a lovely place to relax, the pool and room were fantastic and the food was also really good, nice and quite at night

It was far away from everything, needed a taxi or bike to get to places quick, food and drink was expensive but that’s about it

my time at centra coconut beach

The stuff were very nice,kind and warm. the check in and check out were quick and effecient. the place and the room was quite clean (except for the beach). the swimming pool was very big and very good to kids. they also have a bar on water with a happy hour! the kayak was for free! a room by the pool was great. food was OK. nothing was missing. at night youncan see the stars! how romantic. this hotel is fits well for families. their car rental brings the car to the hotel in relativley convinient prices.

the beach was to secluded and to go out we needed a car. the beach wasnt very clean. some of the machines in the gym did'nt work and the kayak was broken and not maintained. The tv had too few channels. the stuff doesnt speak good enough english, hard to comunicate with them. there are many dogs wandering around. unfortunately alot of mosquitos...

Nice resort, but in the middle of no where

Big room. 2 nice Pools. Happy hour.

Towels and bed sheets were dirty. Complained and got new ones. New towels were still dirty, especially the beach towels. Our friends also got dirty towels. They should change their washing service. Pool bar is only open for a couple of hours. Prices for transportation to the ferry are overpriced.

Nice stay for people that want quiet

Pool access room was lovely and the long pool was well kept and very relaxing. Room was nice and clean and restaurant food was very good.

Location is poor- nothing there really which means you have to eat at the hotel. If you wanted to escape the area, the taxi service they provide is extremely expensive- we got charged 500 baht for a two minute drive. Staff were mostly friendly but weren’t very helpful and didn’t listen to our instructions (getting woken up at 6.00am for an airport transfer that was supposed to be 6.00pm).

Very secluded, great place to stay if you want to relax and stay in the resort for your time there. The pools are great.

The location was far from the main commercial areas, so it gave you more peace ..relaxation. Clean beach, private and excellent place to be with your friends and partners.

Rooms were clean and spacious.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Separate bath and shower. Nice balcony overlooking pool area. Fantastic pools (outside rooms and near to restaurant)

Location was very remote. No local restaurants within walking distance so felt obliged to eat at the hotel restaurant. Restaurant food wasn’t great and breakfast was often cold (but good selection of breakfast food). Local 7-11 and family mart approx a mile away. Be warned - taxis into Lamai and Chaweng are very expensive. It’s cheaper to hire a car/moped - although usual safety warning when hiring a bike! There’s a very high fatality rate on the island for motorcyclists.

If you like to stay away from buzzing traffic and want to have an all relaxed stay, this is good for you. The restaurant staff are very welcoming.

The hotel is located to far fram downtown Koh Samui. Overall the staff were nice, especially the restaurant staff. Unfortunately their English was worse than I expected, this led to some misunderstood situations. Takes too long to get food from the restaurant.

BORED OUT OF OUR MINDS, NOTHING GOING ON ENTERTAINMENT WISE. WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN

SHUTTLE BUS UNAVAILABLE MOST OF THE TIME UNLESS FOUR OR MORE GUESTS BOOK IN ADVANCE, DUE TO REMOTE LOCATION IT FELT LIKE WE WERE ON A DESERT ISLAND AT TIMES, THIS WAS REFLECTED IN THE BAR AND RESTAURANT PRICES WHICH WE FOUND EXPENSIVE. POOL BAR NEVER OPENED DURING OUR FOUR WEEK STAY. VERY EXPENSIVE IF YOU BOOK A TAXI TO LAMAI OR NATHON TO ESCAPE THE BOREDOM AT THE HOTEL. TELEVISION ALL BUT USELESS, LIKE WATCHING TV IN THE 1950s WITH SO MUCH VISUAL INTERFERENCE, VERY POOR WITH LIMITED CHANNELS (7)!!!! FOUR OF WHICH ARE THAI AND ONE CARTOON CHANNEL.

It was a pleasant experience and value for money, though the shower experience could be improved.

The place itself was quite quaint and the restaurant's thai food was pretty yummy. Also appreciated how cheap the cocktails and drinks were. They are prompt at arranging any transport you need to other places nearby and offer affordable rates. The servers at the restaurant were also very friendly.

The room service could be better, especially housekeeping. Every time we had to call room service to ask for more toilet paper or any other requests, we would end up having to wait at least half an hour or more. Also the water heater was pretty poor, with the water changing temperature every minute, so you would have to constantly adjust the shower tap while you're bathing.

Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool.quiet beach.

The hotel is too far from everything and the taxi very expensive. They provide a taxi service but extra cost. If you want to explore around it would cost you a loto money in taxis.

CCC. Not as good as it looks.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was nice aswell as the beach views.

Gave us the wrong room, and then made us wait almost an hour to change it after all the traveling we had done. Drinks were over priced, Gym facilities were poor, Restaurant did not fully cook some of our food.

Excellent for a peaceful getaway in lovely surroundings.

If you're looking for peace and quiet this is a perfect choice. After staying on the busy north coast of the island this was a pleasant change. The bed is the best so far - most hotels have a VERY hard mattress. You can stay really cheaply if you go for a first floor room without breakfast - probably one of the best value deals on the island. If you have a car, then Lamai is an easy drive, as are the waterfalls and elephant rides. There is a great restaurant in the nearby village called the Hideaway and run by an Englishman and his Thai wife. They do an excellent Full English. One unusual feature is that the hotel give you free money! Put 10,000 Baht in your guest account and they add 3,000. Never come across that before. If you put in 100k, they give you another 100k! But there are no refunds so you must spend it all during your stay.

If you don't have transport this is not an ideal place as the nearest shops are about 1km away and the local restaurants about 3-4 kms. As a consequence, the hotel restaurant is expensive for breakfast at £11.75 a head because they know there is no competition. You can get it cheaper if you pay up front when booking. The hotel was not busy during our stay and this meant a lack of atmosphere for evening dinners - on one night we were the only couple eating! The romantic dinner on the beach was half the price of anywhere else, but they don't include service and vat which I think is a bit naughty.
